ADMINISTRATION
Vice President of Finance - Successful candidate will serve as the Chief Financial Officer for MDI Hospital Organization including our 25 bed critical access hospital, our eight regional health centers, and Birch Bay Retirement Village.

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
ER RN - Per Diem-7a to 3:30p every other weekend and rotating holidays.  Responsible for nursing care  to patients of all ages within the Emergency Department.  Current Maine RN license, ACLS and PALS & ENPC.  CEN preferred.

HEALTH CENTERS
Medical Assistant - 32 hour per week, benefit eligible position at our Women’s Health Center.    Works as a team member with support staff and providers to ensure safe, high quality patient care.  Current Maine LPN license, CMA, CNA or previous medical office experience required.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Senior System Administrator – Full time, benefit eligible position.  The Senior System Administrator will have overall responsibility for the development, operation, maintenance and security of the computing infrastructure at MDIHO to provide optimum performance and continuity of service.  A four year degree in the field of computer science, information technology or related field or equivalent experience at the enterprise level is required.  More than five years of System Administrator experience with Windows Server platforms within an Active Directory network is required.

MEDICAL IMAGING
Lead CT Technologist - Full time, benefit eligible position.  The Lead CT Tech functions as the chief radiographer and is responsible for the supervision and training of staff radiographers cross training in CT.  10 years experience in CT with 5 years supervisory experience.   Must be RTR (CT).

CT Technologist - Full time, benefit eligible position.  ARRT, CT preferred.  2 years experience.

MEDICAL & REHAB
ICU RN - Duties include monitoring recovering patients after surgery.  Current RN licensure required.  Available shifts:  Full-time (36 hours) benefit eligible, 7 pm to 7 am, rotating weekends and holidays; part-time (one 12-hour shift per week, 7 pm to 7 am). 

ICU RN - Responsible for direct total nursing care of patients including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the Intensive Care Unit.  Current RN licensure required.  Available shifts:  Full-time (36 hours) benefit eligible, 7 pm to 7 am; per diem 3 pm to 7 pm.

RN Telemetry - Per diem 3 pm to 7 pm.  Responsible for total nursing care of assigned patients in the Med/Surg and Telemetry areas.  Responsible for providing care to patients with medical, surgical, and minor psychiatric problems.  Provides care to the Swing Bed Program patients in compliance with Critical Access Hospital Standards for provision of care.  Current RN licensure required.

Med/Surg Orderly - Per diem night shift position, including every other weekend.  Performs a variety of patient care duties, including heavy duties, as delegated and supervised by an RN.  Current CNA registry required.

Med/Surg CNA - Per diem.  7 am to 7 pm shifts and 7 pm to 7 am shifts.  Performs various patient care duties in accordance with Hospital procedures under the supervision of an RN.  Current CNA registry required.

OBSTETRICS  
OB1 RN and OB2 RN per diem positions available

PER DIEM NURSING
Per diem nursing shifts are available in Telemetry, ASU and OB.  Current RN licensure required.

PHSYICAL PLANT SERVICES
Environmental Services Aide - Full time, benefit eligible, day shift position.  Cleans and disinfects the hospital in assigned areas using prescribed methods.  A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  Must be able to lift, pull, push, stoop & reach and to lift & carry objects up to 50 lbs.
  
Environmental Services Aide (Team Leader) - Full time, benefit eligible position.  Day & night shifts as assigned.  Cleans and disinfects the hospital in assigned areas using prescribed methods.  A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  Two to four years team leading experience required.

REVENUE CYCLE
Registration Clerk – Full time, benefit eligible position. The work schedule consists of day, evening and weekend shifts.  The Registration Clerk obtains accurate and complete personal, clinical and financial information from patients in an efficient and courteous manner.  High school diploma or equivalent with demonstrated clerical skills, including good spelling, numerical accuracy, good communication skills and pleasant manner.  Computer literacy and medical terminology.  Prior healthcare experience in a Medical Office or Hospital setting

SURGICAL SERVICES
Surgical Services Staff RN - Full-time, benefit eligible.  Shared call rotation. Direct, total nursing care of acute pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients: including the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of this nursing care within the policies and procedures of Surgical Services, PACU and MDI Hospital.  Graduate from a NLN accredited school of nursing. Current Maine RN license.  Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification required. A minimum of three years previous OR/RR experience required.
