Many say the best time to experience Acadia National Park and Mount Desert Island is in the fall so why not explore on foot with MDI Hospital’s Fall Walking Series. The series is sponsored by MDI Hospital’s Wellness Program and offers weekly group walks through Acadia National Park and surrounding areas ranging in distance from 4 miles to 8 miles.

New this year, the group will meet at 8:30 am in order to enjoy the cool of the morning and the tranquility of a quiet trail.  All MDI Hospital sponsored walks are supervised by a CPR certified individual who has a first aid kit and cell phone available.
