- MDIH Help Yourself Shelves (Food Pantries) located at Community Health Center in Southwest Harbor, Cadillac Family Practice, Lisa Stewart Women’s Health Center, Trenton Health Center, and Cooper Gilmore Health Center.
- SNAP – Provides monthly benefits on an EBT card to help low-income individuals and families buy groceries.

Utility Resources
- LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program) – Provides financial support to help low-income households pay for heating costs. Applications are typically handled through local community action agencies. For Hancock and Washington counties, contact Downeast Community Partners:

207-664-2424 - CMP Electricity Lifeline Program – A monthly discount on electric bills for eligible low-income CMP customers. Eligibility is typically linked to enrollment in programs such as SNAP, TANF, SSI, or HEAP.
