Breathe Easy Together is a four-week smoking cessation group designed to help participants quit smoking with support and guidance. Sessions begin on January 6, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and will be held at the Trenton Health Center, 394 Bar Harbor Road, Trenton, Maine.
