Join us for Breathe Easy Together, a free 4-week smoking cessation group designed to support individuals on their journey to a smoke-free life. Classes begin Wednesday, May 7, and will be held every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 1 Fernald Point Road in Southwest Harbor. This supportive, hour-long group is open to anyone looking to quit smoking and improve their overall health.
