Claire Dudek, PA-C, is a primary care provider at the Trenton Health Center, where she brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to patient care. Claire believes strongly in shared decision-making, working closely with each patient to develop management plans for chronic conditions that are both personalized and achievable. Her practice is grounded in thoroughness, collaboration, and the goal of helping patients feel confident and informed about their health.

Her connection to MDI Hospital began during the AHEC (Area Health Education Center) Scholars’ rural health immersion while she was a PA student at the University of New England. During that experience, she saw firsthand how deeply MDI Hospital is rooted in its community. Inspired by the hospital’s mission and its commitment to compassionate, community-focused care, she chose to begin her career here and has been proud to serve the region ever since.

Claire’s medical interests include primary care and internal medicine, areas where she enjoys building long-term relationships and supporting patients through all stages of life. Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time outdoors and being creative. She’s an avid downhill skier and rock climber, and she also loves knitting, crocheting, and attending live music events.

Claire’s professional background includes recognition as an AHEC Scholar and participation in the Reproductive Health Leadership Program. She has also gained valuable clinical experience working as a hospitalist PA at MDI Hospital. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Indiana University and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of New England. Claire is board certified by the NCCPA.
