MDI Hospital is looking ahead to a bolder, brighter future of community healthcare on Mount Desert Island. This future includes improvements to the Hospital’s existing facility in downtown Bar Harbor.
Over the next several years, MDI Hospital will be working to improve our Emergency Department and Surgical Suite, as well as reorient the Main Entrance of the hospital to face Main Street for ease of access and visibility.
