Registration is open for MDI Hospital’s ServSafe Food Protection Manager Course!
Courses are available from 8:00AM-4:00PM on Friday, April 7th and Friday, April 14th. Courses will be administered at MDI Hospital’s Lisa Stewart Women’s Health Center location in Bar Harbor.
The deadline to register is March 17th.
The ServSafe* Food Protection Manager Course is a complete solution that delivers consistent food safety training for food service employees.
The program covers five key areas:
- Basic Food Safety
- Personal Hygiene
- Cross-contamination & Allergens
- Time & Temperature
- Cleaning & Sanitation
The cost to register is $135 and includes exam book, training test, and continental breakfast.
